Examples of programmes delivered:
Normally taking anywhere between 2 hours and a full day, these workshops aren’t just people being talked at but will consist of interactive sessions designed to educate on people of the foundations of nutrition as well as busting some common diet myths. They inspire and empower everyone involved to make simple changes to their diet and lifestyles and they will leave full of enthusiasm and materials to keep them on track and provide inspiration even outside the session.
Bite Size Sessions
Shorter 1-hour sessions based around either the general foundations of good nutrition or on specific topics such as boosting energy, coping with stress, supporting brain function, gut health or any topic relevant to your employees. I can provide a quick survey to be completed to understand the most common areas of concern for your teams.
These can also be run as a miniseries of events over a number of weeks.
