One of my greatest passions is being able to deliver group talks to various people on the power of food for health. I am able to demonstrate to people that making small changes to their diet and lifestyle can make huge differences to their health and wellbeing.
For a number of years I have been giving talks to groups such as WI, U3A, Rotary Clubs, Inner Wheel and many other groups and societies as well as to health support groups.

The Pillars of Nutrition
The Pillars of Nutrition talk covers the fundamentals of diet and lifestyle. What people should be thinking about in terms of macro and micronutrients, great sources of vitamins and minerals needed through food, key principles of wellness, and busting some myths around what we have all been led to believe such as all fats are bad. Everyone leaves this talk feeling engaged, motivated, and empowered to make simple changes to their lives to better their health.
There are two versions of this talk, one for an hour and one for half an hour. However, I can easily adapt the timings to fit your schedule.
I am able to provide free material/handouts for people to take away with them to carry on their journey at home and this can be done for both in person and online talks.
The majority of my talks are now conducted online and I have found this works well for all involved and means I can reach all corners of the London, the UK and beyond.
The beauty of online talks also means they can be organised at any time and can fit around times to suit you and your friends, teams, members.
It also allows them to be conducted outside of scheduled talks and agendas, nobody wants to have to wait to support their health and so these don’t need to be booked in months in advance. I have had many groups wanting to come together outside of their normal speaker slots to fit in my talk due to demand from their members.
I can also offer bespoke talks to your group. If there are particular topics or health concerns that you and your members would like to know more about then we discuss this, and I can create a talk just for you.
